Wills Property Maintenance, LLC is a family owned and operated company. The owner, Richard Wills has over 40 years of experience in tree care.   In 1971 at the age of 12 he began working in the summer as a groundman for his uncle who owned his own tree service company.  At 16 he became a climber and through the years he developed a passion for the challenges in tree removal and proper pruning techniques.  In 1984 he started his own tree service company.  At that time his wife Paula joined on as the office manager.

     From 1984 until 1996 the company provided it's customers with tree related services.  Then in 1996, due to an overwhelming demand from his customers to provide additional property services,  he renamed his company Wills Property Maintenance, LLC to accommodate these requests.

     In 2006 Richard's son Evan joined the business.  Evan's inherited interest in the business and hard working attributes have made him a valuable asset to the company and is now an equal partner of Wills Property Maintenance, LLC

    Upon graduating high school in 2014, his youngest son Nathan came on board to help with the everyday operations and social media portion of Wills Property Maintenance, LLC.
